Apply securely with one profile. With your consent, landlords may run credit, eviction, and background checks as allowed by law. You’ll receive required disclosures and copies as applicable.

When will my payment post?

Card payments post quickly; ACH may take 2–5 business days depending on banks.

Can I split a payment?

If your landlord enables it, you can split by method or roommate. Check your Payments screen.

How do I update my phone or email?

Open Account → Profile to edit contact details and notification settings.
